Hello all readers and likers! Sure you all are doing great with your love, life and work!

3rd November, Sunday is day to celebrate Diwali festival and 4th November, Monday is Hindu New Year.

Me and my family wishes you all a very happy diwali and a safe prosperous new year.

Diwali is a festival of love and light. I am not saying that we should spread love and light only on this day but if somehow you don’t get proper time to spread it everyday at least do it on this day for sure.

Spread love, help needy one, give food to hungry, help at hospital physically or financially (do not give out money to any person at hospital, instead you can pay hospital or medicine bills), give clothes, etc.

People on this festival fire crackers to enjoy, but if you start spending that money to help others, how happy you would be?

I was really shocked to hear a lovely reply from a 5-6 year daughter of my friend. She was asked to choose fire crackers from shop and out of blue she said dad I don’t want any of those crackers, how about we help some beggars with that money? That cute innocent reply just by noticing those beggars and getting some idea about money can get food for them, it was amazing. I wish we elders think and do the same like this small girl.

If you really wish to fire crackers, I humbly request you all to use those without sound (sound like a bomb blast). Couple of day ago, I was going home late night and some young guys were lighting crackers with big sound and blast. A locked car nearby started emergency alarm with the blast of that cracker. Just try to imagine what kind of effect aged people and/or hospitalised patients will face with such heavy blast and sound?

No big lecture on this as you all understood the point. Enjoy the festival with full joy and abundance.

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! Great god Ganesh will arrive at my place on this coming Monday i.e. 9th September 2013. He will stay for 10 days. Once again all friends, relatives and neighbours will get together at my place to spend good time with this wonderful guest. For those who cannot visit my place, you all can join us spiritually in all prayers and chanting.

A golden opportunity to make your wish come true. Whisper your wish into the ears of Lord Ganesh.

Technique is as follows:

> Offer his favourite food item “Modak” or any other foms of Laddu (sweet balls). If you cannot get it, there is another way to prepare laddu at home with three things only. Take Regular Indian Chapati (Roti), jaggery and ghee.
Crush chapati with hands as fine as possible (not like fine powder) and jaggery. Mix crushed chapati, jaggery and ghee very nicely and prepare balls of it.

> Flowers of his favourite color “Red”.

> Dhruva or Durva Grass is another most favourite thing to offer. Bermuda or Bahama Grass in English.

> Sanku Pushpam or Conch flower both flower and leaf is offered.

> Use Red Sandalwood paste on his forehead “Tilak”.
If you want to do the Puja at your premises:

> First clean the house and take a bath.
> A Clay image of Lord Ganesh is installed in a raised platform.
> Pray to Lord Ganesh and you can recite mantras or bhajans dedicated to Lord Ganesh.
> Next step is to invoke Ganesh into the image. This is known as pran-prathishta. The Pran Prathista mantra (Invocation) in Sanskrit is found in the Rig Veda and is part of Ganesh Suktha.

Chemical attack on syria

Quick blessing session for the chemical attack on the outskirts of Damascus. Rockets with toxic agents were launched at the suburbs of the Ghouta region early on Wednesday as part of a major bombardment on rebel forces. Around, more than 1,000 people were killed by the attacks. Many injured along with all the little souls.

People over there are facing problem with breathing, blurred vision, salivating and some of them are facing convulsions. Medical team present over there is not capable to treat all patients at a time (this is obvious) and they also lack certain medicines and injectable which are primary necessities during chemical attack. Most required medical supply is ATROPINE.

Let us pray for victims and say thanks to all the helping hands.

Lord god please help all the victims with your divine love, light and power. May their breathing, vision, convulsions and any other illness be healed completely. May they get proper medical support and other necessary facilities. They are all your children and they all need your help, guidance, protection and love. May people get ready to help and supply most required medicines as a donation. May doctors and nursing people stay healthy and peaceful to help victims till everything gets settled.

If we cannot go there and help, at least we can send blessings, pray for them and give them moral support. I am sure many agencies and organizations are already there taking care of the things.

May god give them divine power, protection, love, health, food and water.

May god forgive attackers as they might not be knowing what they are doing. They might be misguided by certain forces. May god give them proper guidance, peace, love and mercy.

Earth Element

Beloved Mother Earth

Sky, earth, water, air and fire the basic five elements of nature. All with their super natural power and specialization. When we go for spiritual workout and meditations we should use these powers to get much better results in every part of ours whether it is related to aura, chakras or our physical body. It helps us all for free throughout our lives just by asking their help to send us their special powers and thus, we gain good health and also spiritual benefits.

Modernization is always good but not at the cost of our mental, physical and auric loss. Science is taking us on higher levels for modern techniques and machine world. We all feel good when we see certain new inventions and experiments and most of us even wish to be like those inventors and scientists. It is fun, excitement and victory upon certain thoughts which came into existence successfully.

We never realize the things we left back in our past is also very precious. There was no sophistication about doing things with the help of nature or to be with nature. Playing in mud bare footed, swimming in open water sources, move around in green fields with minimum clothes, cook food on wood/coal fire in open space, etc. If you try to share this with your grand parents or great grand parents they will recall their past and those happy peaceful moments and might get wet eyes full of joy and memories. This will happen to them because they have experienced all of it and they know the advantage. Many people around the world are working hard to explain these things to new generations but they hardly get any response as these processes and life style is very time consuming.

We all living with tendencies of getting free things like anything, it is like we always crave for it, but we forget to use it once it is in our hands. Power of nature is one of those free things we run for and then never use it. The only reason behind it is that – “It’s Totally Free”. Just think, what will happen if nature starts sending us cash invoice every time we use air to breath, water to drink, walk on earth, gaze the sky and fire to cook. Whole world will become bankrupt in months because all these things are very precious. Those who are capable of using it never thinks of the one not able to see it for days.

These five elements have their specific properties used to heal our auric, mental, spiritual and physical body. No medicine is as good as healing energy of nature. Any medication taken will just do certain chemical balance in our body. If we stay with nature and its healing energies we might never need any medication. Let us try to know about our beautiful nature.

EARTH ENERGY

It is very good for physical strength, mental strength and it is like the real life force which tries to maintain our existence on earth. It helps to get rid of depression and other similar mental imbalances. We can understand this with the example of a farmer, when you look at any farmer you will notice a very good physic, strength, power, happiness because he stays on ground, works with mud for the most of his time everyday. Earth energy gives him energy for all this things and keeps him away from any kind of mental disorders and physical weakness. You can find all the healing energies from the herbs, plants and trees grown on earth which are used to prepare ancient and modern medicines which we use it in either ways i.e. use it directly or convert it into pills.

 

 

It is believed that walking barefoot gives you more energy, clears your mind, fights varicose vein, free reflexology session, helps you do grounding, more ability to spread toes, helps decreasing anxiety and depression, strengthens & stretches muscles, tendons & ligaments in your feet, ankles & calves. So from now onward  try to be bit desi while going out and feel our beautiful loving earth barefoot instead of branded footwear.

Start meditation after this prayer:
Do some normal physical exercise for around 3-5 minutes. Stand, sit or lay down on ground bare footed. Close your eyes. Take few deep breaths. Feel the divine energy from earth entering in your whole system, healing each and every part of your system, throwing away any dirty energy or blockages from your whole system completely and destroying those diseased energy. Feel the divine love, peace, light and power in you. Be relaxed. Stay in the hands of mother earth for some time. Open your eyes when you feel like you have finished your meditation. Shake your body to release extra energy. Finish it with thanks giving prayer to mother earth.

Please take good care of earth and it’s properties. We all know that we will be helpless once earth start taking it’s revenge (earthquakes).

Yes I know I got late for Saint Valentine’s Day and I am sorry for this. But we are here to treat everyday as a Saint Valentine’s Day, full of love and joy and peace.

Let’s go through the reality of today’s world before we talk about love and faith in full fledge. Love, passion, affection, care, faith, satisfaction and relation are some of the words which are very necessary for any living thing in this universe. All these feelings are becoming commercial now a days like pay for every feeling, in most of cases. True love, I mean unconditional love is very rare to find now-a-days and similar for all other types of feeling. At the same time, we can even find people who are still attached with unconditional feelings with one or the other person or living things. If you try to see the ratio, I guess majority of the people are conditionals. Just try to imagine our world without love, care and faith, it will be very scary. It will be like blood rivers flowing everywhere for one’s need and greed. Fights, hatred, etc. will rise more and more day by day.

Thanks to our beloved gods, goddesses, arch angels, teachers and all other good souls who are working hard to keep love and faith in all living beings & things as much as possible even today. We thank you all of them for their blessings.

Saint Valentine’s Day, known as Valentine’s Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine throughout the world, is observed on February 14 each year. A very popular story for St. Valentine is like, he was imprisoned for performing wedding of soldiers who were not allowed to get married and ministering to Christians. It is also said that he healed his jailer’s daughter, Asterius. After around 15th century, people started treating this day as a occassion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards. This day is not just for lovers will to spend their whole life together but it is for everyone who loves someone.

This time we will do something new and exciting. You may find shocking but we are going to make a list of 3 person around you whom you……………… love the most? no ways… list of 3 you hate the most. Let it be a secret. Write it down on a small piece of paper (you cannot edit once you wrote, be genuine). I am sure your heart, mind, your whole system might be feeling weird with those names but don’t worry, within few minutes you will be feeling very relaxed and peaceful. So are you ready with the list? Ok.

Now place that piece of paper in front of you. Sit relaxed with your eyes closed. Imagine those 3 personalities standing in front of you. Raise your hands till your shoulder level with your palms facing outwards. Repeat the following in your mind for those three people. “(With full happiness and a big smile) Hello, I forgive all three of you for any physical and/or mental harm done by you to me from the heart. I ask forgiveness from you all, if I have done any physical and/or mental harm to you and I am very much thankful to receive your forgiveness and accepting my forgiveness. Lord Ganesha

Lord Ganesha (Elephant Head God)

Asian culture is full of religious and spiritual stuff wherein you can find varied god and their respective sotries. Lord Ganesha, son of Lord Shiva and Devi Parvati.

Similar to other god even Ganesha has many names, very famous amongst them are: Ganpati, Vinayak, Pillaiyar, Vighneshwara, Dvaimatura (one who has two mothers), Lambodara (one who has a pot belly, or, literally, one who has a hanging belly), Gajanana (having the face of an elephant), etc. List of 108 names of Ganesha is shown at the end of this article.

Ganesha is widely worshiped for many purposes like removing of obstacles, knowledge, wealth, power, etc. as he is the elder son of the creator, the destroyer Lord Shiva. He is worshiped in many different parts of the world like India, Nepal, United States, Canada, Mauritius, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Burma and Fiji.

Apart from Indians and specially Hindus, the story behind the elephant head is rarely known to others. Let us go through a quick short part of it. Mother of Lord Ganesha, Devi Parvati set him to stand guard at her door while she bathed. Lord Shiva returned and, as Ganesha didn’t know him, he didn’t allow him to enter. Lord Shiva became enraged, severed the head of the child and entered his house. Parvati got angry on Lord Shiva and asked him give her son back alive. Lord Shiva promised her and said that he will fix the head of any one who will come first on the way, suddenly an elephant came on the way and Lord Shiva fixed the head of an elephant in place of Ganesha’s head. In this way, Lord Ganesha came to be depicted as the elephant-headed God.

During Ganesh Chaturthi festival people buy Lord Ganesha idols to make them sit in their particular premises or nearby house/office with an open invitation to all. Prayers and offerings are given to all during the rituals everyday untill the date of Ganesh Visarjan (Ganesh Visarjan – People carry Ganesh idol to the water resources i.e. river, sea, etc. and put it in the water). Ganesh Visarjan ceremony is very glamours, full of traditional music, dance, joy & happiness all around. During Ganesh Visarjan you can also find feeling of losing someone you love the most, people request to the god to come back soon.

In the field of spiritual practices, it is said that Ganesh resides in the first chakra called Muladhar Chakra (Basic Chakra). Muladhar chakra is the chakra for manifestation or outward expansion and in other teachings it is also believed that muladhar chakra is for prosperity and will to live.

One can chant the following mantra as prayer:

• Vakra-Tunndda Maha-Kaaya Surya-Kotti Samaprabha Nirvighnam Kuru Me Deva Sarva-Kaaryessu Sarvadaa.
• Om Gum Ganpataye Namah Om
• Om Shree Ganashai Namah Om

In this topic, I am not going to give you any positive thinking quotes or any philosophical lecture. I am just trying to make you understand why we should think positive and how it can help us.

Hello readers, How are you? What’s new?

Ever thought of answering above mentioned question from your heart, 100% true? I get a big smile often when I get chance to ask this question to someone randomly. If you want to feel the same let’s try it now. Imagine that we (you and me) just started a chat online or in person, (You)Hi – (Me)Hey, how are you? – (You)If it’s a rule to give 100% true answer, what will be your answer?

Now a days, it is fact that we often try to hide our true feelings thinking that others will not like it. We always forget an old saying – “Shared joy is a double joy; shared sorrow is half a sorrow”. In our full life time why we cannot spend a day or a week or a month full of fun and happiness, why we cannot give true reply. I always believe that all these problem arise because of ourselves only. We have lost our capacity to manage things, we are not interested to sort it out. I am sure you all get advice for any problems you have in a positive way, people around you will always ask you to think positive but what if they are on our place? Time by time all these things appears too big to handle and a person will get ready for the last two options – Sort it out or die.

While talking to many of the religious people who has thousands of fans and devotees, I fall in a mess with them often. They always say that everything is decided by the almighty lord, we are just the players. I guess you all believe in karma/deed and its effects. My point of argument is – “If everything is decided, who are we to bother, why to waste our precious life in tension of money, people, life, comforts, etc.”, on any kind of failures we hear people saying that, maybe I was not destined for it or it was not in my destiny. This means that if you get succeed, it’s your hard work & skills – if you fail, it’s your karma/deed or destiny, I really don’t think it’s fair, what you say?

I am not asking you to stop your mind and start living like a primitive man but treat yourself. Thinking positive is not a solution for all your problems but it will at least make you feel relaxed. You cannot apply magnet rule, here it is reverse – “Positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative”. If you ever feel like testing it, I would say… mmmmm… yes go for it and see what happens sooner or later.

Thinking positive is a good way to make your tomorrow better than today, I know it’s not so easy to think positive when you get your cheque bounced or you are in some serious problem but what if I can try to give you a way out. Let us go through a situation with a question, if you get a favorable answer, you win and if you don’t, my way will surely guide you to stay relaxed. Suppose, you are facing a financial problem, you have already tried your best but there is no result. After certain time you will start thinking negative, nothing is good in my life, I always have this kind of problems, this & that. Now in this situation, try to answer my question – “Can you change your condition by increasing your tension, thinking negative, live with a dull sad face 24×7? If your answer is “Yes” then you are the winner and you have some god gifted magical powers. If your answer is “No” then why you are wasting your time with that, keep on trying to sort it out with good mood and with your normal life.

When ever you fall in such situations, just try to ask yourself a serious question – “What can I do in this situation?” If you get a proper way out, go for it and finish the problem OR enjoy your life with regular efforts to come out of the problem.

Just a day before when I was writing this, I was at a hospital and I saw something was written on a paper behind a door, that was very similar to what I am trying to make you understand here. It says – For every questions you have in your life, God have only 3 answers; (1)Yes – (2)No – (3)I have planned something else for you.

I never say that one should not think negative because I totally believe that if there were no negative thoughts, parachutes have never been invented.

Enjoy life and always remember that problem is a part of every living being. Even our God faced so many problems during their human incarnation. Without a problem or tension your life will be like a journey without a destination.
