There are thousands maybe more people in this world are interested in spiritual practices and if not that just a small meditation on anything they like.

There are many subjects used to practice meditation like certain mantras, god, any special energies or thoughts, etc.

Lets go through certain helpful information before you start meditating.

  • Remove any kind of gem stones not only from your body but even from the room you use to meditate
  • Take bath (Recommended ordinary salt water)
  • Wear nothing on you except for very light colored clothes and cover your head like wearing turban or just place a piece of cloth on your head (Recommended white color)
  • 10 minutes physical exercise (No machine)
  • Sit on floor, legs fold position facing EAST (Sun rise direction), if you are using chair – do not let your back touch the chair
  • Pray to god, spiritual teacher, angels of god and all holy energies / souls for divine help, guidance, power, health, peace, prosperity and blessings.
  • 5 minutes slow and deep breathing (Nothing to notice or remember)
  • Chant “OM” (long and gentle) > One Deep Breath > “OM” (long and gentle) [Repeat this for 8 to 12 times depending upon the power you can sustain]
  • Rest in divine peace and stillness for a couple of minutes (Do not bother even if you get worst thoughts in your mind)
  • Start your meditation
  • After you finish the meditation, very very slowly and gently return to your body, relax, open your eyes with a big lovely smile (baby smile)
  • Gently tap your whole body from head to toe, it will remove any congested energies and help to maintain flow of energy
  • Give blessing to mother earth for good water, air and food. Bless her to rejuvenate (This bless will pass through your feet)
  • Bless all the beings of earth for divine help, guidance, power, health, peace and prosperity
  • Thanks giving prayer to god, spiritual teacher, angels of god and all holy energies / souls for divine help, guidance, power, health, peace, prosperity and blessings.
  • 10 minutes physical exercise (No machine) to release extra energy you received during meditation
  • Do not take any kind of bath next 24 hours
  • Do not stay with kids for approx. 1-2 hours

Above list is just for guidance to make your meditation very powerful in proper and safe way.

Do not worry if you feel head-ache, body-ache or just bit tired. You can give more and more blessings to your family, neighbors, friends, known people to get rid of excessive energy.

Always remember what ever you give to other person will come back to you in tons.

Example : If you want a car – bless your spiritual teacher, any teachers, other people for their personal fully paid new car and like wise you can get any of your other good wishes (If you are eligible)

      Thank you for sharing your thought. Just sitting with closed eyes and not speaking is also a kind of meditation, which is according to me is simplest and easiest meditation one can practice. You can start with a couple of minutes and reach up to around 30 minutes. Always remember to have a proper guide with you at proper place with anything and everything you are practicing.
